Biodegradable plastic made of coffee is created by the process of granulating technology from primary materials such as coffee grounds and mixed with PP/PE. These primary materials are required to be biodegradable and certified for biodegradability.

Products made from biodegradable plastic made of coffee material, after being buried or burned, will decompose into biomass, water, CO2 or CH4 which can help plants develop and grow, instead of decomposing into microplastics and polluting the environment.

4. The production process
The production process of biodegradable plastic made of coffee materials will be precisely dosed according to the product formula, and must be put into the extruder in the correct ordinal. Equipment parameters such as motor current, temperature, pressure, humidity, etc. are rigidly monitored.
