SERVICES PROVIDED

Biopolymer offers OEM service for products made from coffee grounds with 6-step:

CHOOSE SAMPLE: Customers can choose from available products of Biopolymer (see more at Products page), or Biopolymer will produce according to product molds created by customers
SAMPLE PRODUCTION: The “Sample Production” step only applies to the selection of mold manufacturing provided by the customer.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION: After sample production, the sample product will be tested and mass-produced according to the quantity required by the customer.
QUALITY CONTROL(QC):Finished products after production will undergo quality checks including: color, product surface, bavia, scent…
PRINTING LOGO: Only applicable to the case that customers need to print the brand logo on the finished product.
DELIVERY: Finished products, after being inspected or printed, will be carefully packed and delivered to the consignee.

DESIGN SAMPLE: Biopolymer consulting & designing new product molds according to customers’ requirements.
MANUFACTURING MOLD:3D printing and making molds for products. After the product mold is finished, the customer will confirm the sample. Sample products will be produced, and some necessary tests will be performed before going to mass production.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION: Products are mass-produced according to the quantity requested by the customer
Quality Control (QC): Finished products after production will undergo quality checks including: color, product surface, bavia, scent…

Biopolymer provides ODM service of bio-based raw materials with 6-step:

GET IDEAS: The customer gives an idea of natural materials (tea grounds, seaweed, rice husks…) with a desire to produce. Biopolymer advises the feasibility of the material.
SAMPLE PRODUCTION: After agreeing on natural materials, Biopolymer will research the formula and produce samples in small quantities.
TEST MATERIAL: Samples based on the bio-material will be tested and undergo the necessary quality checks.
MANUFACTURING: After completing the quality checks, new bio-based materials will be mass-produced in the quantities required by customers.
DELIVERY: New bio-based materials will be packed and delivered to customers.
