1. What are primary plastic beads ?

2. What are recycled plastic beads ?
Recycled plastic are produced by the process of collecting and recycling old plastic items and plastic waste. This process includes steps such as: sorting, crushing, cleaning, drying, melting. Then, they are pressed into small fibers or tiny recycled plastic beads.
Because recycled plastic are created from the process of collecting and classifying different plastic waste and plastic materials, it will not keep the purity and inherent features like primary plastic beads. However, it will be cheaper for sure. Not only that, the quality of recycled plastic will be gradually reduced according to the number of times of recycling and impurities mixed in it.
For the same reasons, this plastic are often used as raw materials in industries such as construction, etc.
3. What are bioplastic beads ?
Bioplastics are a breakthrough in reducing plastic pollution. They are created from the process of combining natural materials (such as starch, cellulose,…) and traditional plastic such as PP/PE. Bioplastics still retain the preeminent features of primary plastics such as hardness, high elasticity, good strength and heat resistance, worthy of the perfect solution to replace petroleum-based plastics.
In particular, they are also biodegradable thanks to the natural ingredients present in the raw materials. After using, we can take bioplastics to the landfill or burn them. Under the influence of microorganisms and appropriate environmental conditions, bioplastics will decompose into humus, water, CO2 and biomass, ensuring that no harmful substances are left behind, thereby helping to protect the environment and limit the pollution of plastic waste.
Because this is a relatively new material applying high-quality production techniques, the price will be a bit more expensive than the remaining types of plastic. However, in the context of increasing plastic waste pollution and more and more government bans on plastic, bio-plastics are expected to catch the trend of “green” consumption and bring significant economic benefits to investors.
